Emily is a Principal at Mercer, a global leader in redefining the world of work, reshaping retirement and investment outcomes, and unlocking real health and well-being. She is responsible for working across industries to solve for organizational needs, ensuring client success. Mercer’s more than 25,000 employees are based in 44 countries and the firm operates in over 130 countries.

Ms. Reynolds has over 20 years of experience in business leadership. Most recently, she held the position of Chief Development Officer for a financial institution in Charleston, overseeing multiple divisions. She is also a former Consultant of Willis Towers Watson’s Change Management group.

She holds a BA from the University of Georgia and executive certifications in strategic planning, organizational effectiveness and employment law. She is a member of SHRM, the Development Advisory Board for the Zucker School of Education at The Citadel and is a past Executive Committee and Board Member of the Charleston Metro Chamber.
