Chris Palmer is President of Chris Palmer Leadership, LLC, a human capital coaching and consulting firm that helps successful executives and their teams become even more successful. Chris founded this firm following a 30-year executive career helping companies succeed, and leaders develop their teams through intensive growth cycles and change.   During his corporate career he held responsibilities on a global scale with extensive experience in the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa.   His corporate experience includes Chief HR Officer roles for Volvo Car Americas, Alstom Americas (GE), and Lafarge North America.

An MBA graduate from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, he also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kettering University, and is certified in several leading assessment and development tools developed by the Center for Creative Leadership, Hogan, Predictive Index, PDI, and Lominger.  He is also a Certified Executive Coach with Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching team and member of the International Coaching Federation.

Chris stays connected to his professional roots as a manufacturing leader through his teaching and consulting work with front line leaders from a variety of industries and services to develop and live by positive management practices.

He brings his professional capabilities and patriotic gratitude together as a volunteer life and career coach with the Warriors and Quiet Waters foundation where he serves our nation’s heroes who have been injured in combat while protecting our nation.   He and his wife Gayle are active volunteers with the Seabrook Island Sea Turtle Rescue Patrol, and the Sea Islands Hunger Awareness Foundation.
